BRIEF HISTORY

MGM Securities (Private) Limited (MGM) is a Trading Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) Holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan as broker under Brokers & Agents Registration Rules, 2001. The company was established in October 2003 with a capital base of Rs. 20 million and later extended up to 60 million. Mian Ghulam Mohiuddin is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is one of founder member of Lahore Stock Exchange Limited and acquired individual membership in 1984. Mian Ghulam Mohiuddin has converted his successful business into this corporate entity called MGM Securities (Pvt.) Limited in 2003.

MGM is presently undertaking equity trading functions and one of the progressive brokerage houses in the Lahore with a client network spread all over the country.

MGM has implemented one of the modern in house systems and has synchronized it successfully with the automated trading and settlement system of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. This provides customers with quick confirmation of their orders and access to various kinds of information and database.

Various professionals have been recruited to help customers in their decision making process and to successfully manage the intricacies involved in the automated systems.

MGM Securities (Private) Limited (“the Company”) was incorporated on October 27, 2003 as a private limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The Company is principally engaged in the business of brokerage. The registered office of the Company is situated at Room No.G-10, Ground Floor, LSE Plaza, 19-Khayaban-e-Aiwan-e-Iqbal, Lahore, Pakistan. The company is a holder of Trading Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) Holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange. The TREC No. is 296.

 		 Mian Ghulam Mohiuddin is the Chief Executive of the company. He has vast experience of financial markets in Pakistan, valuable knowledge in risk management, brokerage house operations, Textile and Hosiery Industries. He is in brokerage business since 1981. Before the incorporation of MGM Securities, he was managing the brokerage house as an individual member of the Lahore Stock Exchange. He is also Chief Executive of MGM Textile Industries (Pvt.) Limited and ZM Garments having export quantum more than US$10 million.
   
Syed Hassan Iqbal, a Chemical Engineer. Nominee Director of the company, an aspiring entrepreneur with a futuristic vision and approach. He made his career from a small time stock trader to become the Director of the company. Since 1994, he has been looking after Equity Trade and settlement of company. In his role, he has dual responsibilities of managing retail & institutional clients as well operational team. He has also been playing a revolutionary role in helping this company to achieve the highest standards in back office operations.
   
Zia Mohiuddin is a Director in the company. A graduate from USA, he brings with him over a decade equity brokerage business, Import and Export experience.
